Ah, it's the small things in life that can make your day. For instance, one of the teams I work with ends our status meetings with short video clips that have usually reached meme status. Last week it was Dr. Evil singing "It's A Hard Knock Life" and today it was Paul Rudd in "Celery Man."

Showing these funny videos after a time and project orientated meeting allows us to quickly shift from the quantitative/qualitative to the imagination filled creative mindset. In the pursuit of a few laughs and water cooler talk, we've inadvertently come up with a fantastic brain exercise.
