Ugh, Nordstrom's new site is awful. A creative crazy got a hold of the content and warped what once was a great user friendly e-commerce site into an online artsy fartsy magazine. I can't find shoes, I can't find skirts, I can't find my way back to the home page...Saddest part is I won't stop shopping at Nordstrom. I'll just suffer through it...
Nordstrom.com used to be an example of what to do in e-commerce. Now it's an example of what NOT to do.
