Allie loves pancakes. Jim loves making pancakes for Allie. Jim's also an art director at his own small ad agency, so he's got the skills and drive necessary to take pancake making to the next level. Together Allie and Jim are the perfect father-daughter pancake duo.

I am S-E-R-I-O-U-S-L-Y impressed. Not only with Jim's creative, pancake making skills, but with the success and following of Jim and Allie's website jimspancakes.com. On Facebook, they've got 19,950 fan followers, 1,507 Twitter followers and their newsletter, yes they have a weekly pancake newsletter full of tips, recipes, and more, has 6,595 subscribers.
